Copyright Notice© 2026 textile.solutions. All rights reserved.

1. Ownership of Content

All intellectual property on the textile.solutions platform — including but not limited to software, code, interfaces, algorithms, data compilations, visual designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, and editorial content — is owned by textile.solutions or its licensors. These assets are protected under applicable Swedish, EU, and international intellectual property law. Nothing on this platform shall be construed as conferring any licence or right under any textile.solutions copyright, except as explicitly provided.

2. Trademarks

The textile.solutions name, wordmark, logo, and domain are registered or unregistered trademarks of textile.solutions. Trademarks of third parties that appear on the platform are the property of their respective owners. You may not use these marks in any manner that implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by textile.solutions without our prior written consent.

When referring to textile.solutions in text, please follow these guidelines:

  • Always spell textile.solutions exactly as written — do not alter, abbreviate, or stylise the name.
  • Do not use the textile.solutions name or logo as part of your own product name, service name, or company name.
  • Do not use the textile.solutions name in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation where none exists.
  • Do not register domain names, social media handles, or company names that include textile.solutions or any confusingly similar variation.
  • Requests to use textile.solutions trademarks for editorial or informational purposes should be submitted to our legal team.

3. Platform Software and Licence

The software underlying the textile.solutions platform is proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for its intended purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service. This licence does not include the right to: copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform; create derivative works; sublicence or transfer your access rights; or use the platform to develop competing products or services.

4. Data and Compiled Works

textile.solutions compiles, structures, and enriches industry data to produce the marketplace directory, analytics, and matching intelligence. Regarding this data:

  • Compilations, structures, and derived datasets are the intellectual property of textile.solutions regardless of the underlying factual content.
  • Individual factual data points (e.g., a company's name or location) are not owned by us and remain in the public domain.
  • Systematic extraction, scraping, or bulk export of platform data without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • API access to platform data is subject to a separate data licence agreement. Contact us to enquire.

5. User-Submitted Content

Content you submit to the platform — including company profiles, product listings, research project descriptions, and job postings — remains your intellectual property. By submitting content, you grant textile.solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and index that content within the platform and in associated promotional materials. You warrant that you have full rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Open Source and Third-Party Software

The platform incorporates open source software components and third-party libraries, each governed by their respective licences (including MIT, Apache 2.0, and others). Nothing in this Intellectual Property policy overrides or supersedes the terms of those licences. A list of open source dependencies and their applicable licences is available upon request.

7. AI-Generated Outputs

Recommendations, match results, and insights generated by our AI systems are produced on the basis of platform data and algorithms owned by textile.solutions. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or commercial advice. You may use AI-generated outputs within the platform for your own internal business purposes but may not republish, redistribute, or commercialise them without prior written permission.

8. Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the textile.solutions platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent. To be effective, your notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The specific URL or location on the platform where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Submit infringement notices to our legal team at legal@textile.solutions. We will investigate all notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content.

Counter-Notices

If content you submitted has been removed in response to an infringement notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our legal team at legal@textile.solutions. Counter-notices must include equivalent identifying information and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

9. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, textile.solutions will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We take this obligation seriously as part of our commitment to a fair and lawful platform.

10. Permissions and Licensing Requests

If you wish to use any textile.solutions content, data, software, trademarks, or other intellectual property beyond the scope of the licences set out in this policy — including for editorial, academic, journalistic, or commercial purposes — please submit a written request to our legal team at legal@textile.solutions. Include a description of the intended use, the specific assets required, the distribution context, and the duration of use. We will review all requests and respond in due course.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Intellectual Property policy periodically to reflect changes in law, platform capabilities, or our practices. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
