Phishing & Other Suspicious Emails
Use these tips to identify scam emails and learn what to do if you think your textile.solutions account has been compromised.
What Is Phishing?
Phishing is when someone attempts to acquire your personal information — including passwords, account credentials, or financial data — by impersonating a trusted sender such as textile.solutions. These messages are designed to appear legitimate but are crafted to deceive.
How textile.solutions Communicates
Genuine emails from textile.solutions will always originate from our official domain. We will never ask you to provide passwords, payment details, or sensitive credentials by email.
All official emails come from @textile.solutions addresses only.
We will never ask for your password or full payment card details via email.
Account notifications link only to textile.solutions domains — always verify the URL before clicking.
Warning Signs of a Phishing Email
Be suspicious if an email or message displays any of the following characteristics:
- Requests your password, credit card number, or other sensitive personal information.
- Links to a website that looks like textile.solutions but uses a slightly different domain (e.g. textile-solutions.net, textilesolutions.co).
- Contains urgent or threatening language — 'your account will be closed', 'immediate action required'.
- Comes from a free email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) claiming to be from textile.solutions.
- Contains spelling errors, unusual formatting, or awkward phrasing.
- Asks you to open an unexpected attachment, especially .zip, .exe, or .docx files.
