If you believe content on the textile.solutions platform infringes your intellectual property rights, use this page to submit a formal notice.
Before You Submit
Please review the following before submitting an infringement notice. Submitting a false or misleading claim may expose you to legal liability.
Ensure you are the rights owner or are authorised to act on the rights owner's behalf — agents must identify the rights owner they represent.
Identify the specific content you believe infringes your rights and provide the exact URL where it appears on textile.solutions.
Be aware that submitted notices may be forwarded to the party who posted the content, and may be published by third-party transparency organisations.
Required Elements of a Valid Notice
To be effective under applicable law, your infringement notice must include all of the following elements:
Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed.
The specific URL or location on textile.solutions where the allegedly infringing material appears.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or applicable law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Submit an Infringement Notice
Counter-Notices
If you believe content you submitted has been removed as a result of an infringement notice and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our legal team at legal@textile.solutions. A valid counter-notice must contain equivalent identifying information, the specific content removed and its location before removal, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Stockholm, Sweden.
